It’s Willow, like the tree.

I’m a Product Designer with a background in customer experience and product management, which formed how I understand user needs, cross-functional collaboration, and shipping great products.

I got my start at Delighted, supporting users directly before moving into Product Management, where I shaped roadmaps to launch new features in partnership with our engineering and marketing teams. Over time, I found myself most excited by the design of new product—prototyping ideas, refining flows, and workshopping the user experience. That passion led me to formally study UX design and deepen my skills in research, interaction design, and visual systems.

Outside of work, I’m the go-to friend for branding side projects and love bringing ideas to life—like designing my own annual print calendar. I feel right at home in product design and am always looking for the next challenge to grow and create.
